if on stick does fail like John Grey mentions, then swap that failed stick with one from another slot. If that failure follows the stick around then the stick is at fault. However if after swapping the same dim holder with working chip is now faulty, then most likely mboard and component failure is to blame and probably new mboard.Carefully remove the memory sticks one at a time, and replace them. Note how hard you have to put them in so that the 'wings' at each end hold the stick in tightly.
Everything always works with Intel, AMD is the poor relation, and I would swap out a different type of graphics board just to test, if you can.
Put your question in the AMD forum. with new builds and boards things can go peculiar, down to the point where it could even be RAM timing.
