how can i find out if i have ppi on this

hello
after MUCH digging around trying to find out who the lender was we have established that my friend took out a loan with northern rock in 2002. They are no longer around.
Is it virgin money i should ask about this? I realise we are probably p****g in the wind without account details but its worth a try

    You just complain to NRAM about why you feel it was miss-sold

    Well, you've just created your own post and posted it successfully.

    If you want to open your own thread, you'll find on the front page of each forum a green button 'new thread' (top and bottom left). Click on it and a new page will open, taking your post as the opening of a new thread. Other members will then add their opinion/advice to your statement/question.
