Help Office 365 problem

Hi I have a sudden problem with Office 365. We have a home subscription with 3 users on separate PCs and have never had any problems we also use OneDrive as storage. Suddenly when two of us open Word, the documents of the other user appear in the Open section. Does anybody know why this is suddenly happening and how to solve it? Clean install?

The 3 subscribers should log onto their Office 365 portal https://www.office.com/, click on OneDrive and look at the SHared by me/Shared with me reports0
