hairray's thread has got letters to write to the MA and the freeholder. He got his PCN revoked. But you need to look carefully at the precise wording of your lease.

Thanks for your email,

The supplier has confirmed that this is at debt control stage now, and they cannot reverse the tickets I’m afraid, despite us asking on behalf of the Client.

If you believe that they have no legal standing on which to issue the ticket you can of course take this up with them and I hope that your attempts are successful, I am very sorry we cannot be of further assistance in this matter.

Tell them that THEY ARE THE PRINCIPAL

They can order this cancelled.

Insist on this. State that if their agent continues to trespoass on your property and harass you, and breach the terms of your lease, you will be forced to obtain an injunction against the MA and their agents which will be at their expense.

I am LEASEHOLDER and the owner of the land is the Developer.

The allocated parking bay is clearly marked in my lease but i don't think i OWN the land.

So does this still make the case of trespassing ?

it doesn't mean you've accepted that they have any rights at all.

If they don't have any rights why was the permit accepted; how was it described by the MA; what was the reason given by the MA; and what further research was done to confirm/challenge the reasons for having the change in the system.

It is not up to the judge to "defend" peoples' rights. It is up to each individual to do so. It's going to be a short and very expensive (6 tickets ....) trip to court unless that can be buttoned down.

Once that is done I can think about fighting with the MA about the permit and role of parking management company.

You can send a strong reply, a weak one or a tepid one, but this is going to a claim. Too much money on offer by someone that needs to think the issue through and check it.

6 tickets for someone now swivelling about asking for a "strong" reply is the PPC equivalent of a target sign on your back.

If you post your (scanned/photographed) lease on a hosting site such as imgur, tinypic or imgbb you will obtain a URL, which you can then post as a broken link - hxxps instead of https or h t t p etc and then a regular will fix the link for you.
