Yes, I did realise what he meant but I thought I’d kill two birds an ALSO double check there wasn’t anything in the T&Cs didn’t stop me taking the board down myself.0 -
Ah, that went beyond my imagination at 8am.The reason they suggested it is because we wanted to buy a house of them where they would get a much bigger commission.
I suppose it indicates why they feel they still had a hand in the sale, but the silliness with the boards should still cease.
Most agents use a non EA person in a van to do their boards, so wouldn't know what was going on at a particular sale site anyway. It's all a bit odd.0 -

The second EA’s dad lives next door to us and they are also selling theirs so the Second EA is around here a lot. I imagine it is him removing the firsts board!0 -
A quick update.
We haven’t taken the board down yet but came home today to find first EA board back up and bolted to the other one.im actually interested to see what the other EA does now! Probably leave it to the weekend then take them down.0 -
This is YOUR property. Take them both down and don't spend any more time thinking about it. Drop the signs outside their shops.0
