Advice needed.
I bought a Gopro Gimbal back in November from Eglobal UK Central. After about two months it stopped working. I contacted them through their RMA and was advised to send it back Which I did. I have contacted them on numerous occasion through the RMA on their website. and I was being told its being accessed then after two weeks I was told it was being sent back to china for inspection I then said this was not acceptable and asked for my money back only to be told they cant issue a refund unless over 30 days as per their T & C. So now today its been 31 days and I messaged them again through their RMA returns section on their website to be told its is now going to be sent back to china and will take about 4 weeks and they will contact me when it has been returned. I have demanded my money back now but am pretty sure this is not going to happen. They have the gimbal and my money and I don't know what to do. there is no phone number to contact them only email.Any advice?

The advice is too late, don't use them. There are terrible reviews out there.
The pretend they're a UK company but they're based in Hong Kong (or it might be China), so you have no redress under UK consumer law.
You could try a reclaim if you used a credit card. But that's about the best....0 -
