Adding partner to ESA claim. Help needed.

Both me and my partner are I'll, I have had a single persons claim for 14 months (won through tribunal)
My partner was living with parents and bot claiming anything as she was so I'll and now she has moved in with me
Can I just add her to my own claim?
I'm terrified they are going to tell me to 're claim and I will have to be teased when I still have 9 months of my ESA left. I'm scared I will be put on universal credit instead.
Any advice please?

Are you claiming contribution based ESA or income based ESA?0

In that case you can add your partner to your claim as it will not be a new claim which might trigger moving to Universal Credit.
Adding your partner will mean that the DWP will take into account all household income and savings - ie both yours and your partner's.
I am presuming that your partner will not be eligible for contribution based ESA - not having worked for last two years approximately?
Do either of you claim DLA/PIP?
Adding your partner should not mean another WCA although you can be reassessed at any time.0
