Not so! Specsavers say nothing about refunds - they say "Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we will put it right[. No quibble, no fuss" - "We will put it right" falls far short of guaranteeing you a refund! They usually offer you an upgrade - the balance of which you pay or a downgrade and partial refund.0
