I had a smart meter installed on payg with ovo energy a while back. It changed to boost! I am moving home and wanting to let them know i will no longer be responsible for the energy within the property. I have searched for a phone number but there is nothing!! The only contact i can get is to send them a message online and they will contact me..( never do ). There will be no debt left on the meter when i leave however if anything used after i leave it does allow emergency credit and i dont want to be held responsible for this. Do i need to inform them with it being payg?
Anyone have any number for them?
Any new tenants will need to be able to contact them so they can set up the app for payment as it will all still be in my name if i can vet in touch them them.

There is a phone number on their help pages for various aspects of payg... here it is... tel:0800 408 47220

If you don't tell them, a new tenant could come in and run up debt in your name.0
