hi - i followed the link on mse to the first direct to switch account etc - to be told that virgin money, who i had switched too a few years ago - dont qualify
i am confused dot com...............anyone aware of this ?

Are you saying you've successfully opened the First Direct account but that they've rejected the subsequent CASS switching request?
