John Lewis Master Card - Store Card

Hi,

After reading that on MSE that I have been mis-sold PPI on the above card. I have not been able to find it on the Resolver list for either John Lewis or Master Card. How should I go about claiming for a PPI refund on my John Lewis Store Card using Resolver, which I have found to be a useful tool in making my claim.

Any advice from the forum would be helpful.

Ignore Resolver and write a letter directly to JLP.

Remember to say you are making a complaint, rather than a claim (unless you are making a claim).

Resolver queries should be directed to Resolver, I'm afraid.

No one here on the forum works for or represents the Resolver company.

You can contact John Lewis Financial Services (JLFS) to check if you had PPI and complain about the sale of PPI here
