    You are best just opening elsewhere and using the switching service to close your Lloyds accounts. Obviously, avoid Halifax and BOS.

    And please make a formal complaint. This idea that you should not be able to pay cash into an account is just plain stupid.
    Point out that it makes it difficult to carry on your business.

    Business cash into a personal account? Nothing stupid about that restriction, banks are never happy with people doing this, even though in this case you’d hope that they would make an exception.
