SCS Law Letter before action - Cp Plus

Hi everyone,
I'm pretty sure i have no option now as i've left it so late but please help if you can.
I have various PCNs 6-10 from CP PLUS £100 each now issued at my workplace for parking outside of spaces (parking is mental)
I stupidly ignored all the NTK letters which arrived within 56 days and i was given a windscreen ticket for each as well as notice of Liability and DRP letters.
I have now received one from SCS asking me to pay the balance to DRP within 30 days.
I only have today to complete the 30 day rule but just wondered if there is any point in replying?

as they mentioned DRP its from DRP, not from any solicitors

the only reason you said its from SCS is because DRP used their letterhead

IGNORE it and only deal with a formal LBC or an MCOL from Northampton CCBC

the PPC has 6 years to try a court claim using MCOL

I have now received one from SCS asking me to pay the balance to DRP within 30 days.

Does the letter have PAP reply forms and does it say that court will follow?

If your forum username is your real name, you would be wise to get MSE to change it to something more anonymous.

As it looks like the PPC will be after a 'significant sum', it is perhaps even more important that your identity isn't compromised.

The PPCs do trawl forums like this just waiting for people to trip themselves up.

It does say that if I don!!!8217;t pay then yes court action will follow and states this is a letter before action. Yes it does have forms on how to pay and my earnings etc. It just seems a bit strange that they are asking me to pay drp not cp plus?

Ah OK, so they have issued a 'proper' LBC but the payee is a diversion. Interesting.

Yes but arriving in time is not necessarily a compliant NTK in terms of WORDING. Show us one NTK (both sides) redacting personal info.

Yes it’s exactly like that except gives me 30 days to reply which has now expired.

All the ntk are the same except one on a different letter but obviously the same. Also one more ntk has arrived outside of the ones they’ve mentioned.

Remote but not unheard of. Sadly a large amount of tickets makes you a more likely target, in saying that a good response may well put them off. It looks like they go for people who they know won't put up any fight at all.
