Switching away and then switching back?

Hi
Has anyone tried switching an account away from a bank to get the switching bonus, and then switching back to the original bank to get another switching bonus?
I had an account with Nationwide which I've switching to Halifax and received the £125 bonus. I now want to switch the same account back to Nationwide using the refer a friend bonus to get the £100 from them. It's also only been one month since I switched to Halifax.
Will this be acceptable or will they cause a fuss?

It will almost certainly be in Nationwide's T&C's that the switching bonus is only open to genuinely new members. I doubt that it would matter that you haven't received a switching bonus from Nationwide.0

Not true, you can receive the bonus if you've already held an account and even if you currently hold one. It shouldn't be a problem0

It isn't in the terms and conditions, quite the opposite. Existing members can switch into an existing account and get the bonus, providing they haven't had a bonus before.0 -
Thanks, I thought existing members were eligible but appreciate the correction regarding those who have already switched away.0
