Getting my tenancy agreement isnt the problem. Its if i need anything else. I know it will be suspended untill they get what they need. Just cant remember if i need anything else other than tenancy agreement as it will only be change of addresses.

I had to give bank statements, proof of my benefits, and proof that my daughter was in school at the time. Like i said you need to ring them because all councils are different. They'll tell you exactly what you need to provide..

When you call the council as suggested above, ask what is the current time delay in processing claims. In our area it is 6 weeks so you might need to do a bit of communication with the landlord/agency based on what you've been told.

No reason why there can't be a delay in paying the landlord but if they are likely to be picky about it, you'll need to know ASAP.
