Reclaim PPI with current lender?

Hi All,
My husband has had a few HP agreements with Black Horse over the years and up until the most recent one, when we requested settlement figures, they always had a line saying about an "early settlement PPI rebate".
Now, he is employed, doesn't get employer sick pay but has definitely had PPI with Black Horse because he distinctly remembers the sales guy saying they don't offer it anymore.
The problem is, we're loathe to "rock the boat" by asking them to refund the PPI previously paid 1) because it counted towards a discounted settlement figure and 2) we have 2 current agreements with them in his name. Would this cause issues?
That's obviously on the assumption we're entitled to reclaim...
Sorry for the vagueness..was just wanting a sounding board.
TIA

Was he unemployed before? as you state he is now working.
It will not affect a claim having 2 outstanding loans with them, unless there are arrears, any redress will be used to clear any arrears and for the discounted settlement figure you had previous.
You also need solid reasons for mis sell.0
