My first post on this website so not sure if I am doing this correctly
We have just received a rejected appeal from POPLA for not paying an NCP car park requested payment. My wife paid on the day and have evidence from our bank with an authorisation code. The bank has provided the city of payment and time made to NCP. I don’t understand how our appeal has been rejected and would like some help on what we can do next? We face a fine of minimum £50. Many thanks for any help0 -
