Fence fixing question

Hi. I had a new fence panel put in but my neighbour's concrete post doesn't have a slot for my fence panel to sit in so it's moving in the wind. I need some way of fixing this. I can't drill into the concrete post but would probably get away with screwing something to the other fence.
I did think of a U shaped bracket to screw one end to my fence, go round the concrete post and screw to my neighbour's fence? Trouble is it needs to be 11 inches (30 cm) and I can't find anything big enough. I've tried searching DIY stores and fence companies but maybe I;m not using the right term. I saw a ceiling saddle which looked like the right shape but it was way too small.
I did wonder about clamps but again can't find anything big enough.
Would be grateful for any ideas.

Make your own bracket perhaps using this https://www.amazon.co.uk/Flat-Bar-Aluminium-pack/dp/B01LD87ASM or similar.
Or possible a good dollop of pinkgrip if the end of the panel is close enough to the post?0 -
Thanks - the Screwfix plates are just what I want but much bigger - I need 300 mm to get round the post.0

That's a thought - thank you.0

Search for builders band - then make your own whatever length you want

Brackets that go round the concrete post can be found on ebay but they re a bit expensive. Plenty of other "fence brackets" on ebay though.

Hi - those aren't quite what I want but I've searched ebay and think I might have found something that would work so thanks very much. They are anti theft, anti rattle brackets - screw one end to one panel, the centre piece goes round the post and screws to the other panel - a kind of L--I shape (thinks square U shape).0

You can buy threaded rod and the nuts to fit from B & Q. I did this when I needed to secure fence panels to iron railings. You can cut and bend the rod to the required length.0

That sounds interesting - thanks very much0
