Hi. I took a loan with AA financial services back in 2005 and I finished paying it in 2007.
I lost all documents regarding the loan and wanted to know the following:
Is it possible to claim as far back as 2007?
How can I get hold of the information regarding my account number for the loan?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Marty

It is possible they can find you if you phone the PPI helpline http://www.theaa.com/finance/ppi/ppi-complaints.html
If they can't find you, ask them for an address to send a data request to.
This will cost £10 for a single request and £20 for a joint one.
Ask for all info they hold on you, give name address dob etc to help them find you.0
