CP Plus Giltbrook

I could do with some help please. My vehicle was issued a PCN by CP Plus while parked at Giltbrook Retail Park near IKEA. This was in exactly the same place as on a previous post. I believe the situation has been set up to generate as much income as possible. This is very sly practice by CP Plus tantamount to entrapment. Unfortunately my appeal to POPLA was unsuccessful , but since reading of this recent successful appeal I was wondering if there is anything I can do? I have just received a further demand for £120 from a collection company. Should I pay this and complain or can I appeal again? Your advice would be very welcome.
I have photographs of 3 other vehicles parked in the same place with PCNs on their windscreens. Clear evidence of poor signage- the basis of my appeal, which was unsuccessful.

How did you manage to lose at POPLA v CP Plus? Not being funny, but how?
By blabbing who the driver was and throwing away the 100% slam dunk winning appeal point you would have had, as registered keeper?
Of course, win at court claim defence stage, or get it cancelled by the retail park which should have been your first step.but since reading of this recent successful appeal I was wondering if there is anything I can do?
No. Only a complete mug with no clue, pays these. Don't contact them.I have just received a further demand for £120 from a collection company. Should I pay this
Read post #4 of the NEWBIES thread and stop taking those letters seriously.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
