Dragon Oil Shares

Hi, probably a lost cause but.....
I had a few Dragon Oil shares dating back to the 90's but unfortunately I've moved house a few times and not kept my details up to date.
Obviously these shares we subject to a compulsory buyout at some point but I missed out. I still have the original certificate but don't know what to do with it.
I had registered on the Capita Portal but that has subsequently disappeared and I'm struggling to get access to the replacement from Link.
Am I wasting my time? Are the new owners under any obligation to pay me for my shares this long after the buyout?
Any help or suggestions gratefully received.

Since Dragon was wholly acquired by ENOC (Emirates National Oil Company) in 2015, it's ENOC's share registrar you need to find rather than Capita/Link, who used to administer the Dragon shares.
From a quick look around I couldn't see share registrar info on their website so I'd suggest contacting them via https://www.enoc.com/en/contact-us/customer-care.aspx0
