I have to agree with you, Samsung Service is one of the worst there is. I am surprised they didn't try and pass you off as acidentdental damage.

Well that was £35 well spent. I wish I had done it months ago and saved myself a whole load of grief.


That'll be a full refund and my court fee back - I will NEVER EVER buy from Samsung again and make sure I tell as many people as possible about their horrific customer service.

@humbie999 - reading your posts it looks like you have both the refund of your initial purchase price, a refund of your costs, AND you still have the watch? If so, even better result - you could now sell it on...

I think he should be keeping hold of it and make it available for Samsung to collect. Whether they'd do so is doubtful.

They have asked for the watch back, which quite honestly is fine. Every time I see it I want to find the CEO of Samsung and insert it somewhere dark. It can be as useless up there as it was on my wrist!
