    I have to agree with you, Samsung Service is one of the worst there is. I am surprised they didn't try and pass you off as acidentdental damage.

    I am with you. I never buy Samsung.
  • Well that was £35 well spent. I wish I had done it months ago and saved myself a whole load of grief.


    That'll be a full refund and my court fee back - I will NEVER EVER buy from Samsung again and make sure I tell as many people as possible about their horrific customer service.

    I think he should be keeping hold of it and make it available for Samsung to collect. Whether they'd do so is doubtful.
  • They have asked for the watch back, which quite honestly is fine. Every time I see it I want to find the CEO of Samsung and insert it somewhere dark. It can be as useless up there as it was on my wrist!
