Anybody else seeing this code in other peoples posts ?
It appears to be some sort of HTML error - I only get it on this site !
Or is it just me ?

    It's not just '. I posted a comp and pretty much every non-alphabetical character was replaced with code.

    I have stopped using contractions that require apostrophes and I now use italics instead of quotation marks.
