Have had ME/CFS for 15 years now and can totally sympathise with you. The things I have found helpful were:

Changing all my mercury fillings (had to save a long time for this!)

Using natural cleaners in the house and banning all chemicals except bleach, which I use very sparingly and only with windows open.

Changing my diet to foods without additives and drinking lots of water - 2l daily.

I still have symptoms but am now able to walk with a stick; having been bedbound for 2 years and housebound for 5, I take great joy in being able to drive to the park, sit on a bench and watch my dog run.

I would suggest you google ME/CFS as there are some good sites out there or pm me and I will send on the ones I have experience of.

    Hi

Thank you all for your suggestions. Im sorry I didnt reply earlier, but I havn't got internet at home at the moment, therefore relying on library computer, and the past week wasnt too good so didnt get chance to get in to access my messages.

I think I will approach my GP's (yet again!) and say that my symptoms are not alleviating.

As regards sleep, I can sleep for England! I live in a flat near a noisy main road, but once im off thats it. I know they say not to sleep too much else that can make things worse, but sometimes it just comes over me.

The trouble is suggesting things to doctors, without them thinking you are over analysing or telling them their job if you know what I mean!

But thanks again for all your input :T

There is no evidence to suggest this has any impact at all.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.
