sorry about the confusion ive gotten used to saying 10year old house in real life, which down here means newish build, so on the smaller size, its an average house in the terms that the all look pretty much the same

will admit it feels like im going to be living in the set of the stepford wives or a holiday camp :rotfl: but its the right location and a easy sell on when the time comes to break free, sometimes you just have to go with the head not the heart.0 -
"if yours is a gas cooker, you need to factor that in". I've just realised what a stupid thing that was to say to someone who has never had mains gas. Sorry; got a lot going on atm.
