Hi,
I had a BOS credit card from 2002 -2011.. I have just had my claim upheld- however they have given a date of April 2005 regarding the calculations.
Is this when BOS stopped charging PPI? I can’t recall being told they were stopping charging me for this.

It's more likely the date you cancelled the PPI. Only the Bank can tell you for sure.0

I never cancelled PPi which is why I!!!8217;m curious- I have had no correspondence with them regarding PPI until the claim.0

Maybe you stopped borrowing money on the card after 2005. (i.e. paid it off in full from then on).
