UPDATED - My bank has now said up to 15 working days - has anyone ever had to wait this long? thank you.
Hi, a large refund was processed to me from HSBC to my Barclays account on 10th March but the money still hasn!!!8217;t shown in my account. Refund was processed in front of me on PDQ machine and I have the receipt.
Barclays said they can!!!8217;t help as they are only the receiver and the company who refunded are not helping. I!!!8217;ve been told 2,5,10 days for the funds to show so I have now had 5 clear working days and still nothing.
Any advise greatly received as I!!!8217;m extremely worried.

Hi Mrsmccann, I think that you'll be fine in max 2-3 more working days. Something similar happened to me last month and the funds were in my account on the 7th working day. Obviously they need some time to process the funds as it's not a straight forward bank transfer, though it should be in my opinion. Don't worry.The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.0
