Has he always eaten junk food like that?

So what do you cook for him at home?
    Healthy food?
Or are your cupboards filled with crisps, biscuits & cakes and your freezer full of fries, pies & pizza.

As a number of posters have said - there is no point buying exercise equipment unless your husband is willing to use it and unless he accepts that his diet is extremely poor and is willing to stop eating so much rubbish food.

It's also patently obvious that the poster isn't English so I'm of a similar opinion to BorisThomson.

OP is a spammer, they're building up posts so they can post links. They apparently already have an exercise bike and cycle 50km a day!

Whilst I agree with you that English is probably not the OPs first language, there are lots of people who post on here who are the same.

The OP has been a member since Jan 2018 and only made 11 posts so if she's gearing up to be a spammer, she's taking her time about it.

And I read the OPs other posts.
I thought she was talking about a proper bike, not an exercise bike as in this thread - unlike Boris.

I may be proved wrong but for the time being, I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt.

I suggest you forget the exercise equipment for the time being and concentrate on trying to change his diet.

Oats and green tea aren't going to make that much difference if he's gorging on junk food for breakfast and lunch.

I'll ask this again (as you haven't answered):

Cakes are not a very good thing to make if you're trying to get your partner to lose weight.

Do you understand what a healthy diet is?

The OP sounds African judging on the weird text.
