mortgage lawyer fees scotland

hi looking for some advice, can anyone give me an idea or how to find out how much lawyer fees are in scotland if we were buying a property at £58850?

    I would just phone them and ask, they will probably have a set price for this, that and the other.

    Mine was around £1100 6 years ago, but had to get extra reports etc cause they think mining was in the area.
