The winner and up to 13 guests will enjoy a week, self-catering, at the Manoir Coteaux — a beautifully restored country house with an adjoining cottage near Doue-la-Fontaine, in the Loire Valley. Set in a leafy garden with terraces, a pergola and a pool, it has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a wealth of period details. The prize includes return ferry crossings for a car and up to four passengers with Brittany Ferries, which sails from Portsmouth, Poole and Plymouth to Brittany and Normandy.
