I was fined for parking in a loading bay whilst dropping a parcel off in the city. I was only parked for 1 minute, literally. Time first seen, 14:17, Ticket issued 14:18. Can I object this ticket?

Were you parked on a red route or a no stopping zone, or double yellows with a no loading/unloading complete ban?
