VT Excess Mileage Template Letter Needed

Hi,

We recently VT'd my husband's Mercedes, we did this via a template letter found on this site, we refused to sign their VT pack and this took a few phone calls as they were saying we couldn't VT without signing their pack.

We have now received a bill for excess mileage on the car, my husband thought he had signed for 8,000 a year but the agreement has 5,000 miles on it. The car was returned with 26,000 miles on it and at the time of VT we were allowed 17,500 miles.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a template letter I can send back stating we have paid over 50% of the finance agreement and the car was returned in good condition so we aren't liable for any other charges.

Thanks
