Hey guys,
I am having huge problems with all my amazon devices, I have been booted out of my Amazon account. My Fire Box doesn't work, my Alexa doesn't work and my tablet is not working. I have tried to change my password on my Amazon account, but now Amazon have locked it. I can't even sign in to access any contact deatils. I have phoned Amazon, but they have yet to e-mail me to fix this problem. Is there a number where I can reach a UK based office.

Amazon are a world-wide organisation, why will a UK office make any difference?0

Possibly the OP wants to use bundled minutes from a mobile, not rack up a big cost.
Of course, the real techno-MSE will flip to a decent VoIP app with free/cheap landline calls0 -
Assuming they think your account has been compromised you almost certainly need to wait for that email.
When you get access back check for any unknown recent purchases, and check your gift card balance if you have one.
Also consider turning on 2FA (two factor authentication) assuming you haven't.
If you want a better chance of talking to someone in the UK (Fife) then try calling first thing in a morning.0 -

Usually, you either call Amazon on a 0800 number or use the call me facility online. Neither cost the customer, but you can't choose the location of the agent. I've never had a language issue though.0 -
Everything is fine now. Amazon froze my account because of suspicious activity. However, it's all been sorted out now and I am back online.
Thanks for the replies and advice
