This prize draw is in three tiers.
Tiers 1 and 2 are open to UK financial institutions-issued Mastercard Cardholders only.
Tier 3 is open to all entrants.
All entrants must be resident in the UK and be aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited and its group companies and Mastercard Europe Services Limited, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw are not eligible to enter.
Details of how to enter form part of the Terms and Conditions.
It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor
agrees to abide by these rules.
The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entries must be submitted via the web address
tgr.ph/mastercardoliviers
and entry is restricted to one per person.
Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.

One Tier 1 winner, two Tier 2 winners and ten Tier 3
winners will be drawn
at random from all eligible entries into each
Tier received by the closing date.
Entrants will only be eligible to win the Tier 1 and Tier 2
prizes if they are aged 18 years or older,
are resident in the UK and hold a Mastercard card
issued by a UK financial institution (Mastercard Cardholder).
All entries must be received by 23:59 on Sunday, March 25, 2018.
The Promoter will contact all winners by telephone or email.
Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email and telephone connections
during this time in case they are a winner.
The Tier 1 and Tier 2 winners will be contacted by 5pm on Friday, March 23, 2018
and must confirm acceptance of the prize by 5pm on Tuesday, March 27, 2018.
The Tier 1 and Tier 2 winners must provide proof that they are a Mastercard Cardholder
to the Promoter upon request.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner or should any winner be unable
or ineligible to accept their prize within these deadlines,
the Promoter reserves the right to award their prize to an alternative winner,
drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The Tier 3 winners will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner or should any winner

the Promoter reserves the right to award their prize to an alternative winner,

The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
Should any prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided.

13. The Tier 1 and Tier 2 winners , guest must be aged 18 years or older.
For security reasons the winners and their guests will be asked to confirm
their date and place of birth before the prizes are issued.
The winners and their guests should also carry photo ID (passport or driving licence).
Ticket holders may be asked to present valid photo ID (passport or driving licence)
and/or other forms of identification (such as a debit or credit card)
upon entry to the Event to ensure that the ticket holder is the same as the person named on
(or allocated to) their ticket.
14. By accepting the Tier 1 and Tier 2 prize packages,
the winners and their guests agree to adhere to all The Royal Albert Hall regulations
and the Terms and Conditions of the tickets that form part of their prize:

The Promoter and the Venue reserve the right to remove the winner and/or guest
if they are not acting in adherence with the Venues regulations.
The Promoter and the Venue reserve the right to refuse entry
to the event to any person regardless of if they have a valid ticket.
Dress code is strictly black tie and glamorous.
Ticket holders may be refused entry if their dress code does not comply.
15. Tier 3 theatre vouchers are subject to separate terms and conditions
which can be found here
16. Each winner of the Tier 1 and Tier 2 prizes must take their prize as one package.
The prizes are valid for Sunday 8 April 2018 at the Royal Albert Hall, Kensington.
If any winner is unable to accept their prize or if the winner of Tier 1 and Tier 2
and/or their guest breach these Terms and Conditions,
their prize will be forfeit and that winner shall not be entitled to any form of compensation.
All prizes do not include travel between the winners home and the event,
food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs,
other than where mentioned.
The prizes (and associated tickets) are personal to the
respective winners and the sale, transfer, resale, donation,
or exchange of any tickets and/or part of any of the prize packages
is strictly prohibited
(including, without limitation,
online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace).
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or make void any and
all prize elements if this term is not complied with.
19. The Tier 1 and Tier 2 winners and guests details will be shared with the
event organisers and Mastercards service provider Big Group,
in order to fulfil the prize.
The Tier 1 and Tier 2 winners and their guests will allow Mastercard and the
event organiser to use their name, photograph, video,
voice recording and general location for its publicity and news purposes
during this and any future promotions or advertising.
All elements of the prize packages are subject to availability,
non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
It is a condition of entry that winners and companions agree to take
part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion without further recompense.
The Promoter is responsible for data collection for the prize draw.
The Promoter is responsible for the publication and adjudication of the prize draw and
for providing the Tier 3 prize.
Provision of the Tier 1 and Tier 2 prizes is the responsibility of Mastercard.
