if its an MCOL from Northampton CCBC you need to CAREFULLY read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread located near the top of this parking forum

you will then have to login online and do the AOS , leaving the defence blank , then start to draft your defence of this court claim , ready for emailing to the CCBC in Northampton (when it has been approved)

eventually your local county court will be allocated

You are not in a lot of trouble. This will mark the end of the scam and if you defend it like others do on this forum every week, you are likely to WIN. Even if not, there is no risk as long as you do not ignore this now.

See the NEWBIES tread post #2 and do the acknowledgement of service (AOS) first.

Same advice as here, surely you read threads first, before posting, and have at least sussed this much:

...all cases are pretty much the same in some aspects of the defence and IMHO, almost all are potentially winnable, especially if your local court is Skipton, Manchester or Reading which seem to have clued-up Judges!

PCM defences are all over the forum, so search 'PCM Gladstones defence' and show us your draft, and confirm that you have followed the NEWBIES thread link showing you how to do the online AOS, to extend your defence time to 28 days.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
