NPower 4th Different Bill Since Leaving
Good evening,
I'm new to posting however been a silent user for a long time!
Today I received a bill from NPower for 43 ish pound in regards to an address I left in July.
Upon leaving the address I had to pay an additional £14 which is fine after I gave my meter readings on the 22nd of the month (no one was in the house from then). Then I received amended final bill in September for 142 which I disputed then I got another one in October for 172. I disputed this as the meter readings were correct when I left and in the 8 days after no one was in the property etc there a final bill on the 30th for 172 was ridiculous and obviously the people who moved in hadn't given them proper readings.
Anyway after calls back and forth eventually it ended with them saying i was in CREDIT by £3 and send me a cheque saying everything was OK and sorted in late December.
Now in March they have sent me a new bill for £43ish. I have rang them and they have reopened my complaint and will be in contact in 7 to 10 days.
Basically a few questions;
1) has anyone experienced this before?
2) Surely they can't have any grounds to bill me now after we had several disputes and final bills and it being resolved in December
Any advice would be much appreciated before I have to face them in a weeks time!
Apologies for any grammatical errors etc, its been a very long day and this isn't what I wanted to come home to!!
Thanks!

I had a similer issues with npower when I was with them, personally I got fed up with customer services and went straight to the top to complain with the CEO
it was sorted soon after and got a goodwill gesture for the problems (not saying that you will ) but your best bet is using the ceo if your isuues are continuing0
