Brilliant, I hadn't seen that!

I will contact him about a couple of suggested charities close to my heart.Special thanks to SchoolRunMum. If you are reading this then I am open to suggestions on which charity to give the £500 of damages to
I suggested that he might like to use part of the money to buy the transcript...could be useful.
Lots of people helped, including IamEmanresu, but I did help write his counter-claim and put a fair bit of input into his WS and evidence for this one (and his fight against District Enforcement as well which also has a counter-claim and I think is still ongoing until the Summer).
I think this one was claim D8HW7G7P, listed for Slough but I think the OP says it was heard at Reading.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

A great read and also congrats to coupon-mad
I wonder when UKPC will wake up and smell the coffee
regarding residential ......
Also, when will SCS wake up and not to believe
everything they are told
Such a case only makes SCS look rather silly0
