'Unable to verify' refusal on balance Transfer

Hi
On MSE credit checker I was rated 100% likely to get balance transfer card. I have 999 credit score. So I clicked on the approved link and entering eligibility info it tells me they are unable to verify my approval status.
Can anyone explain to me why this is and how I go about getting a good BT deal?
