    Yay, we are here to help you and CEL ones are winnable, we don't bite (honestly) but we want people to read the right things and do the right things to beat their scam PCN.

    Ok, I've done my defence letter. I just want to make sure I've got this 100% right off Bargepoles post;

    I post the defence to Northampton rather than do the defence on MCOL?

    I've looked at the most recent posts on here for CEL and have done my defence letter based on those posts, so I think I am practically good to go.

    My defence letter. I applied for the extension with MCOL and need to submit my defence. Maybe 'Letter' was the wrong wording. But its my defence. On reading Bargepoles advice on Newbies post #2, I just want to check my understanding is correct, that I'm better to post my defence to Northampton, because the formatting is better for the Judge?

    OK.

    The way to set out your defence and where to send it is all set out in the newbies faq thread

    That's what I've been reading. I've set out my defence and I am happy with that. I don't see the point in putting it on here as I feel like I am being made to feel I am wasting peoples time here. But, I saw on the Newbies (Bargepole, post 2) it said to post it to Northampton and then I saw on another more recent post that I should email it. Which is it?

    I would email to the CCBCAQ email addy, not post, especially as your time looks tight.
