Fridge/freezer suddenly not cooling

I have a Kenwood fridge/freezer annoyingly under 14 months old, came downstairs yesterday to a cold freezer but warm fridge, unit obviously still getting power, light works unplugged fridge & left it several hours plugged it back in to hear the compressor start up but turn off after 30 seconds every time and not cool at all, notice the temp settings on the door and open door alarm not working either
