Yes I am aware that I've allowed it, that I should grow a pair of balls and/or remove myself from the situation but this is a business I've spent four years building (I asked both people to join me in this venture as we had worked together previously) and due to health issues (that have been ridiculed and held against me) I've not exactly been in a position to address it until now.

I have no clue where else to get advice on this

Because you think you'll get better advice elsewhere? or simply someone will tell you what you want to hear?
