Which card is Bank of Scotland talking about??!

Help please!
I'm going round in circles. I've filled in a lot of enquiry forms on Resolver for various store and credit cards, some were old and I didn't know the account numbers.
Bank of Scotland have written to me saying that I did have PPI and to fill in their form with more details but I can't work out which account they are talking about and I feel so daft now.
Does anyone know which cards BOS have taken over? I'm guessing it may be one of the Creation Services or GE Capital ones? Any help would be very much appreciated...
