CEL have sent out their usual cut and paste POC document to the court and us. Will await to see what the court says about it, hopefully they will realise they're not detailed and just a copy and paste job

Still not heard anything from the court but got another letter from zzps acting as the solicitor chasing the debt!
Sent that to the court about another intimidating letter outside of the process. Heard back from zzps to say it was sent by mistake.
Still waiting to hear back from the court

Just heard back from the court that a poc was filed but we never received it.
We can now submit a amended defence but the poc is just a standard cut and are job.
Is there anything else worth submitting in a amended defence?

Ye,s you cna point out the PoC doesnt add anything! If it still odenst dislcose a cause of action then the claim should still be struck out by the court, and the C snactioned for failing to comply wit hte courts order, presuming the court ordered better PoC that actually disclosed anytning of use.
