What if PPI paid to a Financial Advisor

We paid over £5000 PPI back in 2003 to an Independent Mortgage Adviser by the name of Anson Bailey Ltd. The company has now been dissolved. Is there any way of making a PPI claim?

You complain to whoever sold it to you.
If they don't exist, there is no one to complain to.0 -
Single premium MPPI is a bad way of doing it. You were missold. It should always be regular premium MPPI. However, even if they still existed, you would not be able to complain as mortage brokers were not regulated until January 2005. you bought in 2003. You have no-one to complain to.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
