There is doubt as to whether Wave will be GDPR compliant - early responses from them suggest that they aren't planning on becoming GDPR compliant (in fact, they didn't know anything about it). Whereas most other accounting software are saying they'll be compliant. Wave is, of course, a Canadian firm, so the UK market isn't really high priority for them.
