According to the OP other posts they have an elder son at home. If this is the case they shouldn't have been claiming SDP, if they were.

I think the elder son might have moved out>

Here are the benefits our family currently receive:

Myself, PIP (high care no mobility), and Incapacity Benefit (I think they recently called it ESA?)
My wife, PIP (low care and low mobility), nothing else
My youngest son is in college and gets £30 a week whilst attending
My eldest son is in work and gives us £50 a week but he'll be moving out sooner rather than later
Child Benefit and Tax Credits for youngest being in education

I know this is going off on a tangent, but if your wife claims nothing then she needs to think about her NI credits towards her pension.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

My eldest son did not move out, he stayed with us. I didn't know we shouldn't have been claiming Severe Disability Premium :/

I can't find any ESA award letters so is there another way I can find out if I do receive SDP?

The way I read that is that the eldest son is still living at home now but will probably be moving out in the not too distant future.

As you claim ESA it's must be a joint claim with your partner, so how much per week do you receive? If you give us this info then we'll be able to tell you if SDP is included in the claim.

We get a total of £179.00.

I can't say for sure, but we've had that amount for many years, before we started getting DLA/PIP
