so you paid £5 for a voucher and they offered you a £5 credit, simples really either write the fiver off or accept the offer, job done.

Hi Venison,
The credit promised has yet to appear on the account and secondly it requires one to pay for another offer from Groupon which I am reticent to do. So job NOT done!!!!!!!!!!!!!
