Barclays PPI Claim

Hi
Just had a successful PPI claim for a Barclays Credit Card that I had from 1994 - 2017
Unfortunately the offer they came back with was £75!
The explanation letter that accompanied the check stated that they only keep records for 6 years.
I know I used this card much more in the earlier years and hardly used it in the latter years, if at all.
Is there any way I can refuse this offer of compensation or are there any other options?

You could send a request for all data they hold on you, this will cost £10, it may get you more info or it may not, they have 40 days to comply with this request.

If you get more info regarding this card and the offer was wrong, send copies of statements that show PPI before the offer you have been made and they will recalculate.

If you do not get the info you need, game over, you have to accept what they have given you.

You cannot refuse the offer as you, at the moment, have no proof of more PPI paid.
