Have MINT stopped sending paper statements?

Hello
Any other MINT customers who might know if they have stopped sending out paper statements? Got one in Sept but nothing so far this month.
Significantly had an email from them, for first time ever, mentioning online statements and paying online and have received no replies to those, in 10 days, asking if they had changed their policy.
As my payment due early November, am concerned. I have always chosen to pay cash at the local RBS.
Don't wish to phone MINT as it is premium costs and only recall being made to press endless menus then wait ages for an answer. Unless someone has a non 0870 number that works. Expect all financial institutions to have email contacts but MINT site shows none.
Thanks for anyone who reads and can help.
Regards
Jo

Hello JoanneJ i receive email notifications about my online statement and that to view it go to the log in site for mint.
I was asked if i wanted paperless statements, which i preferred.and as it turns out with the Post difficulties recently a good thing
Dont know if this is Mint policy Not to send out paper statements,as more and more companies such as banks etc are going to be doing this in the future.
It`s good if you have a reliable internet connection and also saves me the job of shredding the paper statements when i`ve have finished with them.

Several credit card companies have recently sent out emails reminding their customers that its possible to view statements online as well as receive paper copies.
This is not because they have changed their policies but due to the postal strike meaning that their customers might get paper statements much later than normal.
However, this does not change the date the credit card company expect to be paid and thus they are making sure their customers know there is more than one way of finding out the the amount owed and the date it is due.. - they do not wish to accept 'I never received the statement' as an excuse for not getting paid on time - hence the emails.
Its usually possible to sign up for online access and keep paper statements - thus benefiting from the best of both worlds.
I see others have provided alternative telephone numbers and their staff should also be able to tell you this information.
You may also want to consider setting up a direct debit to ensure that payments are made automatically, rather than paying in cash..

Thanks to everyone who read and gave useful information. Must be postal strike that has delayed the statement but will now call [non0870] and try and find out.0

Rather than having the option to opt into a paperless system Mint have gone paperless unless you tell them you wish to have postal statements. This was going on before the postal disputes.
I can understand this as a cost cutting exercise on their behalf disguised as an environmentally friendly move but you should opt in rather than opt out.
We were moving home and needed a survey on the new home I wanted to get it done quickly so pull out my mint card (which at the time was fully paid off) and used it to pay for the service.
I did not receive any paper statements or emails for 2 months and we moved house within that time it was only when I got and letter telling me I was in arrears that I remembered that I had used the card. The letter was addressed to the new house so we had informed them in plenty of time.
I contacted mint paid up the account which I would of done when I should of got the statement but found that 4 late payment charges had been made against my account and that my credit limit reduced to £500.
I again contacted mint and after complaining and threatening to close my account I got a full refund of all charges and a 0% until April next year. But I will only spend the money they now owe me and then close the account.

I received a mailshot from Mint sometime back in September to say that they were stopping ALL paper statements and would send a monthly e-mail to their customers to advise that their statement could be viewed online.0

Hi,
I sent my 1st letter to MINT 3 weeks ago requesting paper statements for the last 6 years etc in order to reclaim charges etc ... they wrote back today and have made an offer without statements. saying this is full & final settlement. I enclosed my tenner and used a template letter. I need to see the statements of course.
Can I please have some advice as to what to do next please?

I have got to say this company has gone downhill rapidly recently , we have been charged for unpaid statements when we did not agree to stop having statements and have always paid in full on receipt of statement . The customer service is very poor , once I paid off what was owed I was assured that no further charges would be made and lo and behold another £12.65 has been added this month . I am sure I am not the only onw who has been caught out by this and urge everyone to not waste their money on their "customer helpline" only to be told "you should have read the small print in the letters we sent you " and go directly to the financial onbudsman tel 0845 0801800 . As the earlier post said they should of dones this as a opt in rather than an opt out and it would of saved a lot of customers the penalty fees but then that is exactly what they wanted!0
