ppi claiming

hello I'm very new to this. can anyone help with claiming ppi I have not got any paperwork or account numbers. I have had a claims pack sent to me from a company called Ashley Howard limited has anyone used them or have any opinions on them? any help would be grateful on this matter please.

    Don't use them.

    If you have PPI complaint, send it yourself.

    Do not use a company.
    Contact the banks and ask if you had PPI, you can do this online, give them as much info as you can to help them find you.

    All that will cost you is a few phone calls instead of a hefty bill to a company that you need to give the info to !! it is a no brainer.
